Instructions

Step 1 - Create your Spreadsheet

Format:

• Column A = mobile number

• Other Columns = placeholder(s)

  <aside> 💡 Must have Column Title in the row 1 for the placeholder(s) to be recognised

  In this example, 2 placeholders are used: Name, Time

<aside> 💡 Formatting phone numbers

• It is best to use E.164 formatted phone numbers for sending SMS messages to ensure successful delivery

  e.g. 🇳🇿(NZ) 0211233210 ⇒ +64211233210

  e.g. 🇺🇸(USA) (415) 666-1234 ⇒ +14156661234

• However, if you are sending locally + using a local mobile plan ⇒ the local format e.g. 🇳🇿(NZ) 0211233210 should also work 🤞 </aside>

<aside> 💡 Set Column A to Text format:

• allows for “0” to be the first digit (e.g. when using local formatting in 🇳🇿(NZ))

Step 2 - Save Excel/Spreadsheet on your computer

Step 3 - Upload Spreadsheet

1. Log into your account here
2. Select Sender from left panel

1. Scroll down to Send Multiple Messages Section
